Backorder a15

I've ordered the a15 and have just found out it's on backorder 

Is it possible to order another phone instead as the provider I'm with is about to end.

You can do so but this will mean you will be credit checked again and if you want to cancel the order for the a15 you will have to phone Sky. There is also no guarantee that whatever phone you order will also be subject to a similar delay.

You'd have to call Sky to cancel the original order then order the alternative but you will be credit checked again.
