Awaiting package for me to send off my phone for repair
Hi, last week I contacted Sky about my phone which needs to be sent in for repair and I was told a package would be sent out to me with a label for me to post my phone but I have still not received this package. Could you tell me how long it will take for me to receive this please?

You may need to re contact Sky to chase it up (although the delay may be down to Royal Mail).
