Being charged for 2 phone contracts 1 has ended and the phone has been returned due to an upgrade

Taken out a new contract upgraded old phone sent back however I am being charged for 2 phones this is not correct the direct debit is due in 2 days this needs reducing to the correct amount

The phone returned as part of a swap will need to be processed, checked for damage etc and its value confirmed. This is apparently taking about 3 weeks after which your bills should be adjusted.
