Awaiting a refung
I returned a phone and watch within the cooling off period. Everything has been revived back and when I contacted Sky I was told I would have a refund within 3-4 days. 9 days later I am still waiting for the refund and can also see the SIM card has not been cancelled off my account like I was told it would be. How do I complain about this?
