Poor mobile signal in middle of a town

Monmouth (Wales)

Mobile signal with Sky mobile (O2) is so bad locally. You would expect in the middle of a town to be able to get a good signal indoors & outdoors but I have been noticing for Months that there are so many areas of town that I just cannot make calls or load data outdoors, the signal is so terrible. 
I work in a town business & cannot even get 4G whilst I'm at work

No network issues showing for our area. I have reported a problem so will have to wait & see!
