It's annoying when you phone someone and half through your call the phone goes dead and you have to recall , worst when you just got through to a hospital or doctors after waiting for them to answer and then you lose the connection

Have you spoken to Sky about this as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase yours has developed a fault. 150 is the free number to call them on.
