My phone will only work when I am connected to a WFI connection

My phone will only work with a WIFI connection not on 4g or 5g ie I'm at home and can only browse if I try to phone my land line it won't connect. When I'm outside can't do any browsing or any calls.

Did it used to work and stopped?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
