I have moved your post into a thread discussing iphone 17 orders.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

So after patiently waiting yesterday for delivery after hours on the phone and chat with DPD I've doubly got to the bottom of it!!! The delivery van my phone was on was robbed of all iphone17 yesterday morning, mine is lost!!!

I've contacted Sky and they said it'll take 5 days to investigate. Don't know why as I've got confirmation from DPD it's stolen!!!

any ideas what they'll do about getting me another phone as they don't seem to know themselves! Wondered if anyone has any similar experience?

My iPhone 17 pro has just come in one peace from DPD, I was getting worried from the comments everyone were making about no updates but this was a quick process for me as I only just made the order 2 days ago and it's here I love it.

The 1 tbh and 256 go are on a waiting  list of more than four weeks  in Ireland 🇮🇪  512 in stock now .

Still no update all I've had from sky is order dispatched and from dpd they've received the order details but not the parcel been like since Wednesday

You've got to be **bleep** joking 😂 I made the order/got my confirmation email 3 minutes after pre-orders opened for the 17 Pro, and I've heard **bleep** all since Tuesday, no DPD status updates or nothing. Told it'd be delivered on the 19th, but alas... absolute shambles

@xBeccax oh thats nice ive ordered same colour ....i did mine on the 13th it still said delivery from the 19th ..but mine still shows coming soon ive heard nothing from sky at all i gt a text on wednesday saying to activate my sim but i couldnt ....i rang them now they saying the 3rd oct but nothing has been updated in my orders page.....honestly this will be the last time i will order from sky again

I contacted live chat and they've said they'll escalate my case, who knows
