As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Roughly how long have people been waiting for their iPhone 17 pro max's.

Had a text message from sky to say that my iPhone 17 pro max will be delivered by the 1st of November... haven't had the phone or further messages or emails from sky or dpd.

Update as of 31st October. So I called Sky this morning and it is the furthest I have got. I made sure I stayed calm as I knew they would either transfer me or hang up me. So I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb (blue) on pre-order day, 12th September. I have been assured this morning that I will receive notification from DPD in the next 2 days, (not holding my breath). I had raised a complaint via email which the consultant this morning discussed with me. She said it is now escalated and has guaranteed I will receive in a few days. Like I said I am not holding my breath. Anyways, just thought I would update you all as I know home much frustration there is out there with Sky right now!!

No we don't because we are customers like you so the post above by @Daniel0210 applies as there is the usual high demand of the new iphone 17 so you need to keep an eye on your account for updates.

i pre-ordered my iphone 17 pro max deep blue 512 GB on Sept 25 and it was delivered on the 28th of October. So after 1 month and 3 days. so to those who are waiting, just hang in there, yours will be delivered soon.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max 4 days ago, I know there is a back order for 4 weeks but when I click on view orders nothing is coming up, I've signed all my pre contract documents etc

Hi @Confusediphone  if nothing is showing in your orders at all then I would call sky and ask them to look into this for you.

Hi @Lors08  waits can vary depending on colour, memory size etc so wait times for some will be different to others. All you can do is keep an eye on your order status in your account for any updates.

I ordered on silver PM 256gb on 3rd October, got a message on 21st saying delivery expected by 1st November. 

Unfortunately no further email or messages regarding delivery tomorrow so I'm guessing either no stock has come in or the stock they did get was allocated to others. 

Completely understand the amount of people waiting before me but seems really unfair to send messages out with expected delivery dates to customers when they cannot guarantee they will be delivered.

iPhone 17PM Silver 256GB.

Ordered 29th September so 4 weeks and 5 days. 

Lost the joy of a new phone because of the delays but am happy with the purchase. Never again will I purchase a phone at release times. Lesson learnt.
