I just called sky about my November 1st due txt. He put me on hold for quiet a while and told me it was on back order and said he'd make me on priority. so I re explained I received a txt and have already been told he went again for 3 minutes and said I will receive a notification and should be delivered on the 1st. (The reason I'm calling to find out is my current phone is broken and as a mum with kids having a phone that works is somewhat crucial so I'd be wanting to look elsewhere if it's not to arrive)
anyway he tried to offer me an iPad on sale!! What a cheek. I said if my phones shows up then I'll get back to you but so far i need to be able to trust the company im using and so far not looking good.
so off the back of that call. I don't believe there's a priority list! If they tell you. As he would of seen it on my account and also I believe there is zero information they can pass to us. They're obviously just saying what ever to help them reassure the customer. [Removed]
