Dreadful service

I was. Scammed in August after making 20+ calls to Sky mobile O am still being charged for 3 phones that I did not order . Skys response has been dreadful the worst customer service I have ever come across. I have reported this to the police , BBC watchdog and the Ombidsman . It has now affected my credit score . Why can't Sky freeze the account until it is resolved.  Sky you should be ashamed of yourself.

Have these phones been delivered to your home and then picked up by someone like a courier ?
