Ordered 17pm in blue on sept 26th. Just had email from DPD confirming delivery tomorrow but tracking says they haven't received item yet. Hoping they live up to promise of delivery 🤞

Was it the 256gb variant and what region are you? I ordered the same on the 23rd but had nothing. 

It's frustrating is Sky aren't sending based on when they were ordered as I'm sure there's still lots of people from pre orders not received too.

I just wish someone would post saying they've had a silver dpd email from 12th September... was lots of orange last week and notice blue this week but still seems to be silent on the silver pre order day front 😭 and I'm Scotland so that seems to be far and few too 😭

Update on my iPhone 17, white, 256GN ordered on 24th September: in the app under the phone, it now says 'order awaiting dispatch' whereas before it said 'currently on back order'. 

It is still not showing in my orders though, and have had no other updates or messages than happening to notice that small change... but it's the most change I've had since I ordered!

Fingers crossed I get some kind of communication soon... 🤞🏼

Finally had communication from DPD that they're expecting my parcel. Not sure when it'll be delivered yet but it finally seems like things are moving along.

Ordered 17 Sage Green 256GB on 24/9, haven't had any communication and order just been saying in progress/coming soon until today. Had an email from Sky saying it will be with me soon, email from DPD to say they're expecting it and now my order says in progress Thursday 23rd October. In the UK

Soo.. my order is now cancelled for the second time ☹️ I spent almost 2hrs on the phone with Sky customer care, it isn't anything wrong with my credit background check but yet again an Error in their system.. at this point I'm just gonna wait for my 300€ refund and go with a different provider because this is seriously a bad comedy act at this point 😣 mind you, I don't even care if I'd have to wait for the phone until Christmas, but these system errors and no straight forward answers makes the company seem really dodgy.

Order IPhone 17 Pro Max in Blue 256gb 19th September. Rang on 19th October got nothing but cheek so canceled the upgrade and also my sim plan.

Just this minute (17:34hrs) ordered an IPhone 17 pro max in silver from Tesco. Delivery Friday as in stock just waiting on the DPD email. 

Owe sky £308 for IPhone 15 Pro handset but selling to Mazuma for £450. Sky have been shocking and good by to them. Good luck guys.
