@Iw5 As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

You'll need to call Sky to see if they'll allow that. Is it an iPhone 17 by any chance?
