Returns

Returned 2 iPhone 11's on the 6th October , for new phone swap , was told each handset was worth £101 as no damage to either , only had an email confirming 1 phone , sent both together , got proof of posting. Also I can't see any credit for £101 which was stated in the email for the one they've received. Have you received the other one,?I do have proof they were posted together

We're other customers here so cannot answer that...
