Hi. I ordered a black iPhone 17 on the 02/01 and it said it would be delivered within a week. The tracking information still says coming soon and no updated delivery date. Is any one else experiencing this problem? I hope it comes within the week as promised as my old contract is running out.

They sent my accessories (watch and AirPods) the next working day but I can't use these until I get my new phone! Help!

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

If you have ordered an iPhone 17 there may still be delays. This happens every year after a new iPhone is launched.

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Coming soon suggests it is not to far away so if you ordered it last Friday then it could be with you within this Friday so within the week you just need to be patient and keep an eye on your account for updates.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

I decided to switch to sky in November and placed an order for a new iPhone 17 in blue mist on contract on the 15th. 
I still have not received it. Any time I phone sky I am panned off and told they cannot cancel the order so I can go elsewhere. They cannot give me my money back that I paid upfront. Their answer is to refuse to accept the delivery once it comes....... but nobody can tell me when it will come!!!! 

Surely delays aren't still happening???? And why can NOBODY in sky cancel my order?!?!?! 
Have lodged a formal complaint however guidance states I need to allow 8 weeks for a reply before going further 

 

If anyone has any further advice on what to do please share,
