Still waiting on an update on my iphone17 pro max 256 in silver. Not had any updates at all and ordered on 12th. Raised a complaint and been waiting for a week for them to get back to me. Shambles !!!

Just been told on the phone if you recieved a text saying delivery by the 26th september, That when stock is replenished tomorrow youll recieve your phone either saturday or monday as your part of the next batch of deliveries.

So i ordered my iphone 17 pm in blue 256gb on the 12th to be delivered on the 19th then got lied to numerous times about when it was coming. Phoned numerous times aswell as live chat. Today I got told it won't be coming until the 4th October. So I had a massive rant at the guy on the chat who said he would escalate further. Low and be hold it must of worked I am now recieveing my phone tomorrow and I have just received tracking information. Hurray a long 2 weeks of being stuck on order coming soon it has just changed to Friday the 26th 😊

Must be one of the lucky ones. Been in touch with them several times via call/social media but still no joy. Stuck on in progress coming soon. Been also told I was being placed on a priority list but zilch. Nothing

I am waiting 2 weeks for iPhone 17 pro max 256GB Deep Blue- I have been on the phone 3 times this week to be told 3 different things- I was told on Monday that it would be here the next day no sign and then Tuesday said another few days even though it I was told I would have it this week; today on the phone he said it's a back order and I explained that I understand but I was told that I would have it this week! Really bad service from Sky!

just rang sky and got told that i am not receiving it tomorrow after being promised i will get it tomorrow! he said that is just when they get dispatched im being told multiple things here and getting very annoyed with them all as last time i rang i was told id receive my tracking number and all that today yet i haven't they can't keep there storys straight and are telling me different things every time this is awful

I called today asking about what my chances were of getting my iPhone 17 pro max Deep Blue from tomorrow the 26th or during the weekend so that I can be available to sign for it if needed and was told that it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Oh the Phone Gods listened after my day of ranting and been told DPD are expecting my parcel with estimated delivery tomorrow.
