Ordered on the 12th 30mins after pre orders had a text from DPD to be told by the 26th I am away on the 26th 😡

I have just come off the phone and now been told im getting my phone in the next 2 days ...so ive been told this week....on the 4th and now next 2 days...i wont hold my breath as ive heard nothing about delivery this week so we shall see if i have just been lied to again....and as a note i was very polite over the phone and did not give abuse or receive abuse

I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max on the 12th of September and it's still not arrived and I have not had any information of when it's going to be dispatched either please can you advice on what's going on please

We are customers here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Seems a fair few of us have been promised Friday delivery yet have not had any update or DPD information yet. I'd be very surprised if I get a text or email tomorrow but I live in hope - is anyone even confident that they would get theirs by the 4th of October? 

I still have a 17 pro unboxed I'm supposed to be sending back but as yet they've sent me no return kit so if the pro max doesn't turn up on Friday I'm just going to use the pro and send the max back when it eventually turns up.

@Tomtom2 @What's a return kit? I also worry about refusing delivery as how do you do this safely? It's all a big mess

As I mentioned before, every new call comes with a new story. They’ve already been promising for the second week in a row that the phone will arrive “in two days.” Now they’re promising again that it will be delivered, but I know it won’t. I’ll definitely never order anything from this shady company again.ю

@Emmanie I assume it's a parcel with postage pre paid that I put the phone in, the guy onthe phone said they would send me one but guessing they never got round to it what with all the "excitement" around the iPhone 17 launch! 

I was supposed to refuse delivery but I was expecting 2 devices and I had no idea whether they would come together or separate and also no way of knowing which was which without opening it up - glad I didn't return it now.

I've just got off the phone with customer service (really? What a joke!)...

I was verbally told twice I'd get delivery ON 19th, then received two MySky app messages stating delivery by 26th, and a text message yesterday confirming 26th. CS person tried telling me despatch would be on 26th with delivery also on 26th! Escalated to a manager and an hour later she tried the same nonsense. They've promised me an update on my order progress on the app and that I'll receive DPD details before 10pm tonight. The quality of bull doesn't get better...

 this is all I am getting on my sky account, I can see others have got different viewings than mine and also check "my orders" and it just show, "no active orders", called up sky today and was told it's a glitch in my account which I know is nonsense. But was told my order is in the 26th delivery batch and will receive confirmation delivery slot soon but I just don't believe what they say. Has anyone else got this? Or just me? 😭

 @Just adding insult to injury aren't they? Not even helping with the issue when they've caused it. I was told my phone was coming Monday or Tuesday. It's Wednesday and still not here. I'm regretting every decision I ever made to change my phone at this point! The only company slightly worse than sky are Argos when things go wrong.

I feel so sorry for you having to settle for the phone they've sent you because they can't get the one you want delivered. My husband is trying to give me the iPhone 17 that he got on launch day but I really want the air so will just continue being a mushroom [removed]

I have received notification that one of my two iPhone 17 pro max 256gb is coming tomorrow. The blue one tomorrow but nothing on the silver one. I preordered on 12th at 1307.
