i understand that and even if the people get the tracking details it does not mean they will receive the delivery, and we have many sky mobile customer's and not very one has received the tracking details and we will be getting the stock till tomorrow so then sky will send you the tracking details with exact delivery date

I do honestly think if DPD has it, and its been dispatched theres a fairly high chance it will arrive tomorrow.

It's really anyone without the dispatch or DPD notification that probably will not have theirs until <insert random date here>

Hi, I made a contract with Sky for an iPhone 17 Pro and they told me it would arrive on Wednesday, September 17th, but it hasn't arrived and I don't know if it will arrive. It says in the message that it's on hold, thanks.

@miasmumma  i have a update. 

DPD has my phone 🥳 They've scanned and confirmed its with them and it's now on its way to my local dpd depot. 

Looking promising for delivery tomorrow 🤞🏽
