Scam

I've been scammed and sent a mobile phone I didn't order. I was told I would receive packaging to send it back, it hasn't arrived. I cannot get through on phone or live chat as I keep being asked for bank details which I have no need to provide as my Sky account has been cancelled.

If you haven't spoken to Sky (which you need to do) then who told you this ?

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

As per the link - ensure you are actually sending it to Sky (and not the scammers as you'll be liable for paying for it).

 

The correct address is on the link.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
