I'd like to ask how can I rearrange the delivery date of the gadget that I ordered since I'm not in the UK and went home due to emergency purposes. I will be back in the first week of December. Please can anyone give me a suggestion or provide me an email address or contact number of the Sky Uk since the delivery company has been trying to deliver my gadget. Thank you.

Is there someone at the address with the same surname as you and the required photo I.D. that can accept the delivery on your behalf?

Sky don't use email for general communication.

I appreciate your reply but sadly there is no one that has the same surname as mine. I have other colleagues. Is it possoble if I can ask someone that I trust to receive my parcel and I'll just provide a name to the delivery company?

Just called sky and made a complaint, while i was making a complaint "your products" had changed to Order awaiting to be dispatched when it said currently on back order so hoping for a dpd email soon.

Hello I ordered a silver 17pro max 256gb on the 2nd of November, my boyfriend also ordered but his was cancelled within 2 days, I'm on my 3rd day now and still says "in progress"  am I safe from being cancelled? Or do I still have to worry? Thanks in advance 🙂
