@Mark8t6 its not no but why is their problem is the poor communication they'd have known before launch day what stock they were getting compared to the amount of orders they've had but people have waited and heard nothing even to just say there's a delay would be nice and it not something they have to manually tell each customer, simple automation will do it for them if they do the set up.
Then you have them saying 'well we didn't say it would be delivered, it's always after launch day' which is a complete lie, depending on what time you went on to pre order the first thing it said was 'for delivery on 19th' but they've claimed it didn't say that, so yes poor communication is their fault which is I think what people have an issue with more than anything else.
