Wouldn't be so bad if they gave you some sort of idea I know there's a few people on the Facebook posts that ordered on the 13th and have had there's it's poor customer service

@AndyMcK83 didnt get an email, app notification or anything, the last email I had about it was just confirming the order and one today with my annual statement so emails are coming through just fine when they send them

The website is constatnyl crashing whne I am trying to order an iphone 17 - at the last stage with the message below - this has been consistent over the lasty 24 hours

Yeah I had all confirmation email on 12th the annual statement on the 19th but nothing else some ones just put on the Facebook post they was told 13week wait

Ordered 2 1tb blue and 2tb orange on the 17th blue is ment to be coming on 4th accounting to online message in account. Orange end of Oct/ Nov according to customer service. 

Not really fussed as long as there for xmas..

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max in blue on 12/9. Updates just say 'coming soon'. Any ideas when these can be expected to be out for delivery?! When I ordered they said it'd be 19/9 but still waiting. Can't get an update, all phone numbers lead to robots or hour long wait times. Shoddy service. Been with EE for years and thought I'd change to get it a bit cheaper but I'm starting to regret that decision before I've even got the phone...

Yea spoke with a manager - basically demand is that high theyre physically isn't any and apple cant make them fast enough.
