As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange on November 13 and just received my iPhone today.  it looks like the wait time is getting a bit better . best of luck to everyone

@Catface99 - Finally arrived here too. I called yesterday and was told my recent order was cancelled so I thought I am going to try and order again via the app. Low and behold, 24 hours later (less than that), it arrives (blue 256gb). 

Still not happy with Sky of course as they now owe me 75gb worth of Piggy Bank data!!

I've cancelled my order and gone with EE instead, will have the phone in 1-3 days. Sky have been useless, two months and two orders and nothing ever received!!

Ordered on the 2nd of November for silver pro max 256gb and no update said in progress for 3 weeks then today was updated to delayed, rang to ask why and was talking to a lovely lady and said she will look into it for me, 2 hours later got a email from dpd saying it will be delivered tomorrow!!!!

Hey your situation is similar to mine, my order disappeared yesterday I called them today, they told me that my order was cancelled and they couldnt fulfill it as they don't have stock... I went to the website and the website says it is in stock could you tell me more about your situation?

Ordered a pro max in orange on 13/9. Tried to cancel but was told it was in fulfilment but they have no idea when it is being delivered. This is after being told it's with dpd last week. Anyone else still waiting from pre order?

I ordered the iphone 17 2 weeks ago now and still not had a delievery date sent over? how do i actually speak to a person at sky instead of robots?

Hi @laurenjavadi123  the latest on your order will show in the order status in your account. Speaking to someone at Sky won't change that, chances are they will tell you anything just to get you off the line ! There have been lots of delays with the 17 models.

There is little point in calling Sky as they can not give you a delivery date so your post has been moved to the large topic at hand so you can see that as is usually with the new iphone releases each year there are wait times of 4 weeks+.
