Hiya! I've been trying to buy a new mobile package (iPhone 17) with unlimited data for 45.00 per month and 12.00 upfront cost but the last two days of trying it keeps coming up with a technical issue message on the website! I tried to use the chat function but this didn't help!

If this is still happening in the morning give Sky a call and an agent can place your order for you.

 No I can't even get to the actual check out to purchase it - it allows me to select the deal, follow through to select the data plan and extra add ons/ insurance and then when it comes to either payment or logging in it comes up saying

"Technical error- it's not you it's us, try refreshing the page below or select the link to start again'

had this happen about 15 times now the last 3 days

HOW!! I have tried countless times as mine was ordered pre order day 1:03 and still says awaiting dispatch but they refuse to let me cancel 

Edit: they have finally canceled my order after countless calls and messages

@Sophielu94 - Good they have finally cancelled your pre-order. I am still yet to receive my "re-order".

I have lost all faith whatsoever with Sky and more so when I see others receive their order. Their system is absolutely atrocious with no sense as to how they work or operate it.
