Need to roll data but from piggy-bank I do not get an option to do so!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Why isn't there some one who works for sky that can help me roll over the piggy data .. been on the phone and been from one person to another for like hours with no help .go on mobile account to see if I can figure some thing out but NO  even put in a new password delete the sky mobile app and to start again NOTHING , say my account number is wrong but ur taking money from that account so bloody annoying

Hi, I have the same problem. I have tried reinstalling the app but still no good. My four sims are not shown on the app and so there is also no way to roll over my piggy bank data????? Please help.
