@DantheSwan, mine was exactly the same, pre order stuck in the system. Canceled the order with them yesterday and reordered (iPhone 17pro max 256GB in blue) and it was processed same day to DPD. Was told of if I wanted orange it would be another 2 weeks for that capacity

Update: my iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256GB was delivered today. Ordered on the 16/10. 

Had previously had an email saying it would be delivered by the 21st.

Absolute joke! I'm seeing people who have ordered exactly the same handset as me after I did receive theirs first! How are sky choosing who gets one? Lottery ballots is my guess.

I have ordered my IPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb orange 07/10 and received it yesterday. imma be honest, i didnt believe it will get delivered until the delivery guy was in front of me yesterday

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Mine was a pro max 256 ordered 13/9 still waiting! Definitely the stock is being delivered via a lottery

Recieved both handsets today. For anyone still waiting for pre-orders get sky to cancel that order and re-order the same phone. My order from 12/9 was 'stuck'. Cancelled it two days ago and have now recieved that phone.

I have upgraded and swapped my iPhone 14 for the iPhone 17 on the 22 October 2025 and my credit agreement on the iPhone 14 was cancelled. The £36 upfront payment has been taken for the iPhone 17. Has my order been cancelled or is this just a backlog?
