@Vickyb82 - I ordered the iPhone 17 PM in Orange on 10th October, and I haven't received mine yet. A lot of people on here ordered from 12th September, and they are in the same boat, but some are getting there iPhones. Seems to be pot luck.

Hello!

I've ordered the PM in blue two days ago when it was showing in stock for delivery next day, however, on my order status it's still showing  coming soon on delivery date.

Anyone with similar experience?

Hi @Miriamkhia  if you look around the community here you will find many in the same position. The Sky website isn't always accurate on delivery timescales. Keep an eye on your order status for updates.

Recieved an email from DPD this morning so hopefully I'll have my phone in the next couple of days. Hope everyone else that's still waiting from the preorders gets theirs soon as well

Just a bit of hope for everyone still waiting.  I have ordered my blue iPhone 17 pro max in 256gb on the 21/10 I have received an email from sky and dpd on the 4/11 and was meant to get phone on the 5th however due to an issue with package data details I received my phone on 6/11. 

I have noticed that their is a higher demand for the orange iPhone.  Therefore I believe that the people who ordered blue or silver are receiving theirs sooner than the people who ordered the orange one due to high demand.

Upon further checking on the Sky app. The phone I ordered on 12th September still appears 'stuck' and it's the 2nd one that was ordered 10th October that has been dispatched.

Absolutely embarrassing how badly Sky have handled the pre orders & getting absolutely nowhere when you phone up

Final update - after over 5 weeks of nothing but a nuisance from Sky, a damaged credit score and 3 cancelled IPhones. Decided to pop into local Apple shop today and take advantage of the 0% finance offer in store. Credit check took 5 minutes and walked out of the shop with the 17 Pro Max on the same day. Still, hope everyone gets their phones soon!!

Finally received my DPD email stating they have my device. Ordered iPhone 17 PM 256GB Cosmic Orange, 10th October.

Phoned Sky again today & actually got someone who was very helpful. Confirmed that my 12/9 order has been stuck and the backend team have tried multiple times to move it on without success. Ended up cancelling that order (still to be processed) and opening a new order which I've already had DPD messages about.
