This unfortunately is the same situation my friend is in she's received a message to say her order will be delivered tomorrow after cancelling and re paying the upfront cost yesterday. I will wait tomorrow to see if her order actually does get delivered and if that's the case I too will be cancelling and re ordering, which in itself is not ideal for anyone who have placed they're orders on the launch day

@draeburn19 Wow that is shocking. I was wondering how some people who ordered start of September havent received anything yet. To answer your question, it looks like Sky havent managed it or had any sort of plan in place. You would think they would learn something from previous year's rollouts but I think the Iphone17 series is one of the most popular in recent times and they didnt expect the amount of orders. I do understand that Apple decides to only manufacture and deliver a certain number of phones and they are largely to blame for this as well. I think many other providers are also having stock issues. 

However, Sky shouldnt be losing peoples orders as thats just basic auditing and logkeeping.

Fingers crossed for you. To be honest this is the first time ive used sky for mobile and i am dissapointed. Partner ordered with O2, had email updates and tracking information regularly and phone arrived after a 2 week wait. Will give it until the end of the week to see if any update, if not will probably just ordered from somewhere else!

@Danniraetho It's a mixed bag because I was told to reorder but I didnt want to as I couldnt trust what the person was promising. I decided not to and got my email today anyway. That's after I was told my phone is in backorder and still 4-6 week wait. When did you order? And what colour etc?

For anyone who hasn't had their preorders in -

I would definitely recommend giving Sky a ring or even try on online. You may find that they your order information has been lost.

Take into account, that it's been a crazy roll out and that it may take some time but I would definitely consider contacting them and getting any refunds/cancellations sorted!

Bit disappointing as I've been with Sky for a long time now

@Danniraetho  Scratch my previous comment I just saw you pre-ordered start of Sept. Look at @draeburn19  comments. 

For anyone who has pre-ordered or ordered early Sept and has not received their phone, CONTACT SKY NOW. Call them and ask them where your order is and if they have any record of the order. IT IS VERY LIKELY THAT THEY HAVE LOST YOUR ORDER! In which case, you need to ASK FOR A REFUND, CANCEL YOUR ORDER, AND RE-ORDER YOUR PHONE.

@JA101 I know how you feel. First time with Sky as well but it looks like everyones in the same boat at this point with other carriers being marginally better. I will update tomorrow to confirm if the phone actually gets delivered or not. If it does then I'm pretty sure you should get your email by Friday-Saturday going off noticng patterns here re order date and delivery email/rec'd.

You are absolutely right. Trying to be as patient as possible, and know it isn't the call handlers fault directly either, but incredbily frustrating the lack of communication! An email or some achknowldgement to the order a month + down the line would be nice. Hopefully yours arrives tomorrow, if so, hopeful mine isn't too far off!  🙂

I'm just off the phone with Sky and my iPhone 17 pro max 256gb that was ordered on 12th September is 'stuck' in the system, it's apparently now been escalated and I should receive it in about a week. But I still have my doubts they'll manage this

I had an email from DPD to say that they have got it and it's on the way to my local depot.

Check your DPD tracking and check it may already be on the way.

I have oder my iphone 17 promax on 16 october and still my app show processing i want to know that when it deliver its nearly about 3 weeks i oder my iphone but still wait for it.
