I just want my iPhone 17 pro max

I spoke to sky advisor online. Seems like bar the 2TB Pro Max and the 1TB cosmic orange pro, everything else is on back order. 

My order is still in the system but they can't tell me when I'll get it. I was tempted to change over to the pro instead of the pro max but now will wait it out as I want a specific colour. 

Advisor will raise my concern with the manager and hopefully they give me a call.

Hi @Dazza42  unfortunately there isn't anything anyone here can do to help you. It's not sky CS here. The latest on your order is in your account. There are always delays with the new iPhone release. You could cancel the order and go elsewhere if you can find stock at a different supplier.

Hi @Gthorning  as you have found there are long delays on iPhone 17 phones. Keep an eye on your order in your account for any updates.

You would need to call Sky to see if they can cancel it for you. Ordering another one will see you credit checked again.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

You'll need to call Sky to see if this is possible. Some customers have been told they can't and must refuse delivery when it arrives.

I don't believe this spoke to different advisor and was now told my order did not make it to the warehouse team and the mobile case team is looking into it I have waited 3 weeks for my I phone 17pro 256gb sliver all lies
