IPhone 17 has not arrived in 2 weeks

I ordered Iphone 17 two weeks ago said it would be here and can't get through to anyone to queiry?

Yoyr post ad been moved to the big topic at jsnd on this issue. From looking at other posts here it seems anywhere between 4-6 weeks if the wait timed it to a lack of stock from Apple which is common either the new iPhones each year so the latest on your order should be found here:

Iphone 17 pro Max 256 GB....

So, I have ordered this on 2nd of October.. Initially I have been told that it would take up to 3-4 weeks (ok)
After that, I received no update at all so  I called sky and after the call I received a text saying that the mobile would be delivered before 1st of November...I have been receiving a few calls from Sky to do insurance with them for my apple itens, I did refuse and asked for an update.. I have been told that I would still receive on 1st of November. Today I called them and they told me that is on back order again and I need to wait another 3-4 weeks to be back on order... So WHY would you actually give a date if you dont have the product??? This is a joke!! Also, they were offering me to change the colour to blue (pay the upfront fee) and receive it MAYBE before the 3-4 weeks.

iphone 17 pro max

ordered on the 22nd of september and it's been 38 days after being told it would take 2-3 weeks, contacted sky for them to say it would be a further 1-2 weeks which is just a complete lie, getting fed up with them being no help and that i have still not received my phone. also can't seem to get through to anyone now. has anyone received any update or even revived their phone?

My account finally updated online and now says "Order awaiting dispatch" as opposed to the "On back order" that it's been saying since day 1 (29th September). 

 

I'm based in South Wales so am hoping mine will be arriving tomorrow or Saturday as they've told me.

I ordered my 17 PM cosmic orange on the 04/10 and have just had an email saying its been dispatched. I am Northamptonshire in the UK.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

 

If it says action required you'll need to contact Sky to discuss. It could mean an issue with your credit checks.

I ordered my silver pro max 256 on the 29th sept and recieved it today! I had gotten the text message abour expecting by the 1st and delivery attempted yesterday!

Ordered on 4th Octomber (pro max space orange) today i receive both message from sky and DPD being delivered tommorow, furthermore it seems now they have some stock because delivery date its apearing as  2-3 weeks.

Hi curios did you get an email though to say dpd would deliver it today. 
I got my 1st November txt and worried I need someone home incase they just deliver them 😕 

I ordered silver and on "priority" if that's really a thing.
