I pre ordered my iPhone 17 pro orange on pre order day and I have still not received it yet it's nearly been 5 weeks how long should I wait

As i can see they have updated the estimated delivery time to 3 4 weeks on website, so if we order now we can get it in 3 4 weeks but we already have ordered 3 4 weeks ago so what we can expect now? We are getting no update nothing what is this unprofessional behaviour, at least if they are sending us after 6 weeks they should let us know so we can wait till then they are hiding everything.

Ordered my 17 pro max in blue on the 24th of September, decided to give customer services a call yesterday afternoon & the guy I spoke to gave me a near heart attack when he asked me if I wanted to re-order the phone? 🤦‍♂️ thankfully my order is still active, but they'd give me no indication of a timescale for when I can expect to receive my phone. Obviously a wait & see, but all excitement to get this phone now has turned into just endless frustration. Hopefully the text some of you have mentioned will arrive for us all soon 🤞

I ordered on the 25th September with a wait time of 2-3 weeks.. still nothing on my app for a date. Called sky on the 13th Oct and they advised 22nd oct.. then called a on 20th as still no update to then be told possibly another week? Anyone else order on this date and still waiting on phone or does anyone have it?

You have a long wait I ordered 21st of September and still haven't got it or any update I phoned sky last week she told me within a week and requested me to be high priority and give me a number but I think they are just saying that to everyone. It's a shambles they will lose a lot of customers for the reason being lied to and no communication about these phones

17 pro max orange 256gb just to let everyone know if one of these sky workers tells u to cancel do not do they don't know what their talking about iv been told cancel many times always wait to speak to someone with more knowledge

The Cosmic Orange colour still has a timeframe of 3-4 weeks wait.

I was given a delivery time date of the 1st November so hopefully it does come in that time, hopefully your one comes within that time too.

Just got off the phone with sky because it says my sim has been activated so I didn't want to be billed for a phone I haven't received and they said I should be getting a message about my phone either tomorrow or the day after so I guess we will see.
