SIM only renewal or cancellation

I am a Sky Diamond VIP member and my Mobile Contract (2 No SIMS) ends on 27th December 2025. I have spoken to customer services about my renewal and the best I was offered was a 10 GB / SIM Contract with unlimited calls and texts for a total of £14.00 ( 2 x £7.00). If I was a new customer I would be offered the same contract for a total of £12.00 (2 x £6.00). So, I can only conclude that, as a Diamond VIP member. I am not as important as a new customer. Therefore, I request that you give me a reason not to transfer from Sky to an Asda SIM only package with the same provision as the Sky package offered, but also including Roaming to 46 countries for £12.00 (2 x £6.00)

If you are unable to convince me to stay with Sky would you please let me have the PAC codes for both SIMs.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Alan Leary.

You want other customers to answer this?

Basically, new customers are offered better deals to get them to switch.  It's harder to get new customers than retain them.

You can get your own PAC: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-keep-your-number

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Alanardingley  this isn't sky CS here so no one here will convince you of anything. You should choose the best offer available to you. For information sim deals don't end until you cancel them, at the end of the minimum period they go onto a rolling monthly term.
