We don't know @Ray2018 

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

I will phone them tomorrow. After 3 weeks I got email to say delivery by 29th October. Im fine with that as know pro max are scarce everywhere.

but suddenly the phone has disappeared from my orders and I know my credit is fine. 
nobody has informed me and I'm sure if I don't contact them I'll hear nothing. 

if it means a re-order and another month from now for delivery I'm cancelling and never using them for anything again.

iphone 17 pro max on back order

Good evening, i am just wondering if anyone else if experiencing same issue i am. I contacted an agent about my purchase 3 weeks ago, he told me the delay was going to take 2-3 weeks and i should receive my tracking information from then on. Today i spoke to an agent and was then told the same 2-3 weeks. Sky have had my money and i have not received my device for the month that i've paid for it. Help

Hi @Ethanj1  this happens every year with the new iPhone release. Your order status in your account is the most up to date information available. Keep an eye there for any updates. No one here will be able to provide any more information.

about my phones back order

Hello , i ordered an iphone 17 pro max 256gb blue color on 26th september and it is still showing that it is on back order and under delivery date it says "coming soon" . why is that and can you help me with it and what to expect .

Back Order means Sky are awaiting stock for your order as this happens every year with these new iphones as Apple struggle to keep up with the demand so keeping an eye on your account is all that you can do.

17 pro max 256gb silver

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB (Silver) on 19th September and was told delivery would take around 4 weeks. It’s now been over 4 weeks, but the status is still “Coming Soon,” and I haven’t received any updates, emails, or messages from Sky. Is anyone else experiencing this delay? Should I wait a bit longer or contact Sky support directly?

Phone delivery

I have ordered a phone and it said delivery up to 3 weeks it is now into the fourth week and still not updated?
