To all just an update  of my order my pre order 13/09/25 for Iphone 17 pro max 256gb silver . This was my worse ever experience and the longest  waiting period to receive the equipment . No need to explain as most of us here in same boat anyway. No news until the 15/10/25 when I received the first update from sky that order will be delivered by 12/11/25 😩. I rang sky yesterday to follow up and they told me that it will be deliver soon before 12/11🙏 Anyways what can I do another wait . But then today I receive an update this time from DPD courier via email that my order will be delivered tomorrow 20/10/25 Monday finally  fingers cross 🙏 I will see if delivery will go ahead  will update here. Hope most of us got an email now  especially those first group of pre orders .

Ordered 17 PM silver 256gb 19/10. Rang up on Saturday as we've had no correspondence/delivery and it just says on the app "in progress". We were told we'd have to wait another 4 weeks. They tried to blame Apple for stock issues, translation for someone hasn't done their job properly. I think both Apple and Sky are to blame.

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max 256gb silver on the 25/09/25 just wanna know how long it takes to get a delivery because mine still says in progress!!!

I made my order for the 256gb Pro Max in blue on the 24th of September. Hopefully this week will be the week I finally hear... well, anything. But given some in this thread ordered on the 12th of September and still haven't received there's I'm not holding my breath 🥲

I have ordered iphone 17pro max more than a month ago, although I received a message of delivery expecting 18th october but still not received my device ? Why is it taking so long ?

Just canceled and ordered with Tesco.

ordered 17 PM blue on 19th September. I was told up to 4 weeks and I didn't pester them once, rang today for an update and got a cheeky clown who told me "we have no update you just need to wait". Sadly not my friend, phones cancelled, sim cancelled and also wife is leaving them to go Tescos.

Full disclosure 100gb data and phone together is £58.99 where as Sky was 10gb data and phone for £54. Piggy bank was useful but no roaming in most EU with Tesco where as Sky is £2.50 per day, per phone so will be cheaper with Tesco. Good luck guys I can't accept cheeky people and zero updates.

That's incorrect. Roaming Passport Plus is £2 for each 24 hours use of your home allowance. There is now a limit on data use of 25GB per billing period, after which Sky can charge you an extra £2.50 per GB or even suspend useage due to overuse.

I have ordered iPhone 17 pro max 512gb on 27 sept but did not receive any updates of phone when will it be dilevered i need an update when i receive my phone because im have go ho vacation .

This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky staff by posting on here.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
