I've now cancelled my order with sky as sick of the lack of communication and the lies. Have ordered with Tescos and will receive Tuesday. 

hopefully my cancelling has free'd up a device for someone else but I wouldn't hold my breath. 

I feel really let down by sky and will never order from them again.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Ordered iPhone 17 pro in silver on the 12th September and my account is still showing that the delivery status is in progress and coming soon! Shocking service Sky! At least give an idea when you are expecting stock!

Because that is how it works as like everyone else you are awaiting the stock from the supplier for your order so you could be waiting weeks for this.
