Informed roaming in Europe free

When moving to sky mobile from I was informed by the agent that roaming to Europe was free?

Hi @Nigel108  you were informed incorrectly. It's £2 for each 24 hours to use your home allowance. 

edit. Just to add if you are a ROI customer I believe it's free.
