l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Slightly different but I've tried twice to swap my device for the iPhone 17 Pro in Silver. Twice the order has been cancelled so today I called and was told there is an issue with the iPhone 17 Pro in Silver and they have no idea when the stock will be back. I decided to go for Cosmic Blue instead, was told I would receive the device next Thursday, just had an email to say it'll be 2-3 weeks🤷‍♀️

Following up from my last post…
 
I’m absolutely APPALLED - spoke with another person on Monday evening when the phone they promised (iPhone Pro Max, Blue, 256GB) would arrive between 4th - 6th October of course didn’t arrive. The woman I spoke to raised a complaint to get it pushed through and that we’d hear back within 48 hours, which of course came and went. Spoke to someone again first thing this morning, he said it was strange we’d not received it yet as apparently everyone who’d ordered around the 12th / 13th / 14th should have now received their handsets after the delay (he also said the stock issue was only with the Cosmic Orange apparently… then explain why all the other colours are missing too?) and that he’d speak to the team this morning and call me back.
 
Well I just got off the phone with him again after he called back and surprise surprise, he’s saying there is a glitch on my order which is why it’s still stuck in awaiting fulfillment, are you kidding me. Apparently the solution is to cancel and re-order but they can’t guarantee they’ll get me a replacement quickly, essentially saying I’d be put in the back of the queue and could be a few weeks (I said fat chance, it’s more like end of the year at this rate and I had told them from the start I will be away 1.5 months from end of October). I cannot explain to you how absolutely furious I am. I immediately asked to be put through to complaints and raise hell, but they sent me to a loyalty team instead and then hung up. Trust me, they’ll be hearing from me. 
 
Absolute shambles, 16 years with Sky and nothing to show for it.

@chrissy31 currently sitting on a call for twenty minutes being told the same! Said that everyone's orders from 12th were to be fulfilled with the 3rd of October stock.. Well mines wasn't.. Saying they "can't understand why dpd haven't been in contact to deliver the device" as "my stock" was available last week 😡💔 absolutely fuming! Have now waited 4 weeks tmrw for the phone. Also 16 years with sky! Sky glass, broadband, everything! 😡

Problem with order

Await delivery of new iPhone 17 pro. When looking at my sky app today it tells me that there is a problem with the order. Can you please explain what the issue is.

I've had my phone for a week now and DPD have just knocked at the door with another one which apparently I ordered on the 18th.. which I didn't. That's been sent back has anyone had to refuse delivery?

Hi there, I have placed an order for 17 pro max yesterday, I did upfront payment, and set up direct debit and delivery address. After that I was showing technical error to me when I'm checking

Worrying the amount of backlog they might have by the  time phones come in and if everyone out of stock how many sky will actually get given to them. 
I ordered 26 sept pro max blue 256gb and I'm happy to wait but I need it by end of October before I go away. 

I also do t trust them to manage the backlog earliest first!

That is absolutely atrocious - sorry you're going through this, but I'm relieved it's not just me. I'm horrified by the way this has been handled and questioning why I'm even considering staying here. 

 

Currently on my 4th attempted call to speak to the correct department and my patience is now non-existent. They either hang up or transfer me to the wrong place. 

 

They've been clearly spinning me lies for weeks, I said to them if this was an issue with my order why has it only just been flagged? I've spoken with 15 different people within the last 3 weeks and all of them swore it was being delivered no later than the 6th. They've now made me do another order to see which comes first, another credit agreement, throwing all sorts of discounts, all the same usual rubbish, but still can't guarantee when it's going to turn up. Apparently have a manager calling me back tomorrow to give answers but I'm not holding out any hope. Now have 2 sitting orders for the PM, not convinced I'll get any this side of the year, it's an absolute joke. RAGING.
