Trying to check status of my phone

I ordered the new i phone 17 pro max come tomorrow it will be three weeks had no update and the tracking just say delivery details coming soon that all i get

Coming soon is the best you will get at present. Nearer the delivery date you will get an email letting you know it is on it's way to DPD who will then contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

Hi there i placed an order on 26th September for iPhone 17 promax and its still showing delivery in progress or coming soon but here is no sign of delivery can someone explain when it will be available for delivery.

A few pages ago someone mentioned they spoke to sky and they said apparently they get stock from Apple every Friday!  Probably another lie, (maybe at this point there just being told say whatever you can etc). However if it is true let's see who is sent an email today (Friday) please let us know if you do. Fingers crossed for everyone!

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

You will need to call Sky to see if that's still possible depending on how far through the process the order is. It may involve re-ordering which would mean further credit checks and delays.

I ordered on the 14th September, my order says in progress with no delivery date. I have rung 3 times and been promised in 2 days to be delivered but still no sign. Anyone else still waiting?

I just hope Sky are going to commit to my "swap" valuation for my iPhone 16 pro max 256gb. 17 pro max 256gb (blue), pre ordered on 12th September. Shocking from Sky!!!!!
