As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Hi, just wanted to update. I ordered my phone on the 15/09/2025, and have had a dpd notification today that my phone will be delivered tomorrow. I ordered the Iphone 17 Pro Max 256GB in cosmic orange.

I went and ordered the iphone 17 on the 21st of september, and i've had no updates except for "in progress - coming soon"

i've tired to check for a confirmation email but can't find one?

You will probably get yours next week sometime.  I think people are getting their phones around 4 weeks after they order them.

At least there seems to be a bit of movement. Just wondering how much I'd a back fill they have to get out. 
as their website now says at least 4 weeks I'm hoping thst takes into account orders already in. Mine is only ordered 11 days and I'm in no rush but if I dont get it within 35 days of ordering it means I'll be away for over a month with no phone! 

so I'm hopeful but not confident yet. Hopefully people will still update here when orders fulfilled.

the things we put ourselves through for these phones 😂 the demand just increases more and more each time 
I think I'll stick with this 17 Pro Max for 5+ years at this rate so I don't have to wait for this long again lol

Tonight's advisor was a new shocker.. "Mam ur stock coming in Friday 3rd of October.. Guarantee u will have Saturday 4th of October..".. I was like ehhh it's Tuesday the SEVENTH of October now???? 😡🤯 silence..... Is there anything else I can help you with? I just hung up. Honestly not something I'd ever do on customer services just trying to do their job but it's just taking the P now! When I'd said why do people who ordered WEEKS after me have the same device, colour,size, everything.. He said no they do not mam... Im afraid they do on here 🤦‍♀️
