Ipad replaced and data not worked since

My iPad had to get replaced from Apple as it had stopped working/wouldn't charge etc. Since it got replaced the data hasn't worked - so technically paying for a sim I'm not using. Does any one know how to fix this? Tried to speak with Agent but no luck.

Where you using a physical or eSIM?

 

Did you move it from old to new device?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
