@Wellzo yeah that's the same model size and colour I ordered on 12th September 😭 had three phone calls with them yesterday so now have absolutely no idea what's going on or when il actually get the phone. Just an absolute nightmare. Never again!

I ordered pre sale 18/09/2025 and finally received an email stating pro max will be delivered by 11/10/2025. I will follow up if we actually get a DPD notification on or around 11/10/2025. Im hopeful

I just want to know when my new phone is coming. When it was pre ordered I am sure it said 1-2 weeks and it's been over that now? Please can you give me a better time frame than 'coming soon' of when I will receive the phone.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Ordered mine on 16th September

as I've posted in this thread numerous times (yesterday was an absolutely nightmare ringing up 10 times and getting passed from pillar to post and no one really having a clue)

first time I've used live chat and managed to get a date from someone within 5 mins

apparently my phone was meant to be in stock 3rd October, now it will be in stock 11th October

havent had any emails about this from sky - just had to go and ask myself

its the first time I've been given a concrete date which isn't ideal being another 4 days away but why couldn't  anyone on the phone give me that info in the 100 phone calls (it feels like)

so we will see by end of the week

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max on the 5th of October the guy I spoke to said it would come within the week I know it's soon but there has been no updates on the app at all it just says in progress coming soon when should I expect it to arrive?

Just had a conversation with a really great customer service advisor who explained that the waiting time for most of the orders should be 4 weeks and so they're expecting me to receive my delivery notification by the end of the month (I ordered late September). I wait with anticipation!
