I have swap deal for my old phone so i went for the swap deal and ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max and it's been more than three days but it's not been dispatched and any other updates i got . Just today i saw on the app it's showing out of stock on it so i don't know when will it be dispatched or not

Some customers have waited 3 weeks.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for iPhone 17 devices are likely to be delayed further as this happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

Ordered 12th September and have regularly checked this page to see if people still in same boat as me. At this point I don't even believe I'm betting a phone! 🤣 iv lost count of how many excuses and "mam phone is coming" iv now heard. Had original date of 19th, then got message on sky app (that I only checked because people on here said messaged sneeked in there without email) and low and behold was a message saying by 4th October. Still nothing. Have also been told on the phone three different credits have been put on my account and a manager is calling me back. Needless to say I'm still waiting. So I REALLY wouldn't be posting on here after three days when we are sitting on here with nothing since pre orser day three WEEKS ago!! 🤦‍♀️

@GymRat1  I ordered in the 19th September over the phone for swaps on IPhone 15.

Sky guy was really clear same as website it could take 4 weeks. Once I hit 19th October without a sign if it then I will contact them as that was their specified timescale.

How come you have 3 different credits on your account?  Did you ordered other phones as well? I,m asking because I want to order an iphone 17 as well for my wife (seem like that one as well is in a waiting list) but I,m afraid to mess up my first order for the 17 pro max.

@GymRat1 three different credits for the "inconvenience".. First was meant to be for £10, then £30 and then £50 on Friday was promised to be put on bill. Still haven't received any of them! *surprise surprise*

I ordered my IPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb cosmic orange on 12th September at about 14:15. Over the phone too and was told it will come on the 19th. On 19th I got a message saying delivery by 29th. On 29th I got a message saying delivery by 4th. I've had not further update messages and have obviously still not received the phone but I did put in a complaint and this was the response I received. I did indeed have further questions.

This is quite frankly the worst company I have ever dealt with 

I rung up at 9:30 and got through to someone who tbh has been the most helpful person I've spoken to in the 10 phone calls I've made over the last few weeks - he actually said I will speak to someone about getting it to you tomorrow

Then I get passed over to someone in TV department, then get passsed over to someone in retentions

Then someone else back in mobile - every single time I have to verify my name, address, bank account number and every single time they keep on saying 3-4 weeks 

When I ordered it on the 16th it said delivery by 26th which has since passed

a manager told me last Monday it would be here by 3-4 days (last Friday) nothing

As I am typing this I am on the phone still speaking to the 5th person, I am getting passed from pillar to post 

I honestly think no one has a clue about what to do or say

In all the years I've had iPhones I've ordered from EE directly and I've never ever had anything like this before - this is the first and last night i am ever ordering a phone from sky, if they was readily available from elsewhere I was go there and buy one and send the other one back like other people have done on here

Its actually remarkable a company as big as sky don't actually give any form of **bleep** about their customers

When I said I thought the lack of information and updates was disgraceful, the agent put me straight through to the retentions team.

Sky are without doubt the single worst mobile phone provider in the UK.

Their use of cheap, unskilled staff on the other side of the world as "customer service" staff tells you all you need to know about them.

Never will I recommend Sky to any living soul.

@BillyOliver I'm generally a reasonable person, and I appreciate that these phones are out of stock nearly everywhere - I don't know if these are more in demand than normal (if you compare it to the pro max phones released every September) - this is the first year I've gotten a pro max since the 13 and then I got it on release day

but this is absolutely shambolic and I literally don't know what to do anywhere, sky mobile don't have any customer care at all, and the people who we are speaking to on the phone really don't know when the phones are getting delivered - and for a company this big, the way the whole thing has been dealt is frankly inexcusable but they just don't care

Like I said I ordered mine on the 16th, there's people who preordered it on the day the preorders were available - iPhones were released on the 19th September officially - it's the 6th October today - they should be embarrassed

I live in Ireland, and unexpectedly my phone was delivered on October 1st. I placed the order on September 12th around 2 PM — iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256 GB.

For weeks, I kept calling customer support, and every time I got a different story about the delivery. They kept saying it would arrive “in two days,” but nothing happened. Then, out of nowhere, I received a DPD tracking link, and the next day the phone was actually delivered.

So for anyone still waiting — don’t lose hope. It might take a while, but it looks like they’re finally starting to ship the orders.

the only bit of hope is from people like you saying, we randomly got an email saying it was due to be delivered, but you ordered yours on the 12th, mine on the 16th - I've heard people saying they have ordered it the 12th and not received it, and people who have ordered after mine and received it - so it's basically pot luck

its very hard to stomach something when you've been told something and it's just a coin toss when it wants to arrive

ive been using an iPhone XR which is a spare phone from my mums for the last 3 weeks which is a nightmare tbh, no storage for my regular apps and battery is terrible

i sold my iPhone 14 right before I preordered the 17 pro max because I knew (or I thought) the 17 pro max would be imminent
