Like so many people on here, I'm also still waiting for my iPhone 17 Pro Max (Blue, 256GB) to arrive and have had next to no communication from Sky over the last few weeks. 😩 I pre-ordered on the 12th around 4pm as the website kept crashing, received a text on the 25th Sept that it would be delivered by the 4th Oct (today) and yet have heard nothing. My order is still showing as "In progress - Coming soon" and has not budged since the day I ordered.
I've spoken a couple times with different people from Sky over the last few weeks to try and get some answers, some were definitely more competent then others. Latest was last night when I called to get definite confirmation that it would be arriving today as per the only text received, the lady I spoke to was nice and seemed confident with her information unlike some of the others. She said it was on the list to be dispatched today but could arrive Monday because of DPD not delivering on Sundays. At this point, who really knows, I've lost faith that any information given has been correct.
I wasn't too bothered about getting it straightaway and assumed there would be delays, but it's getting a bit silly. Have to agree with others that it's frustrating seeing people who ordered days after the pre-sale launched getting theirs first, seems to be no rhyme nor reason with how these are being distributed. 16 years with Sky doesn't seem to have made much difference either, I can see quite a few others on here with longer loyalty years in the same boat!
Trying to be patient but this whole process has been so tedious...
