Ordered mine on 12 September and got an email today (30 Sep) stating delivery tomorrow for my Orange Pro Max 512

Ordered 1:03 pre order day, still not heard a thing they just keeep fobbing me off. I received the phone through Argos this morning . Have asked 3 times for sky to cancel as it hasn't changed since day one they keep telling me they can't cancel as it's in fulfilment but they still can't say when it will be dispatched. Not happy .

I think the Irish are being treated differently going by what I've seen. 4 times I've been told my case was escalated and someone will be in contact from the relevant team. 4 times I got zero contact back! 
keep getting told now there was an issue with ordering and that my phone was still on pre order. 256gn pro max deep blue! Each time I've asked for compensation and got a wait until the relevant team contacts you and they'll help

I am the exact same I had to cancel the order on the 14/09 and reorder yesterday, if only the truth was told from day one they wouldn't be receiving all these calls. I have been told 6/7 different things at this stage, I was told it was on preorder on system still so had to reorder yesterday

I've called 3 times now and have been told 3 different things my last phone call seems to be a positive she said my phone should be with me next Monday so the 6th and they are discounting my bill due to the inconvenience this was the first time I ordered with sky and I doubt I will again really poor

Still no updates for me. Phone at 8:55am this morning to be told by the first person to cancel and buy from a different provider after being very rude. Transferred to another that said she spoke to regional manager and I should be receiving email today as its in stock and it's been at the fulfilment centre since Friday as was supposed to be delivered on 26th. Call got disconnect so called back this guy then said they shouldn't have said that as they don't know when stock will be but can see it is down for delivery for 26th (last week) and I should wait another 3-5 days. Transferred to retentions team which say it is at the fulfilment centre and it's DPD fault as they haven't taken it to be processed for delivery, to which I said how can they when they don't have order booking for delivery as it's sky fulfilment centre job to package and book delivery details for DPD to collect it. They just kept repeating it's on back order which should arrive in a month but can't guarantee that. Tried to be put through to loyalt team and they said they can't and managers don't take calls as are in a different building. But tried to sell me an iPhone air that may arrive in 1-2 if in stock but they can't see it in stock. 
I am fed up and frustrated with all the lies, I have spoke to 5 different people today regarding the mobile order and all said different things. I am at a loss

I've called since the 19th when phone was promised. On call number 18 and probably 30 advisors now. Still getting absolutely nowhere. Had all the same lies as everyone else. Been put through to all sorts of departments to get rid of me. Been promised three calls. Obviously never got any. Made numerous complaints and received an email yesterday saying complaint closed! Now on for a 40 minute call and the 3rd advisor, waiting to speak to yet another manager. This company are a joke. Such dreadful service and now he won't put me through to a manager and just says phone will come this week! Yeah right, I really believe them NOT!

Ordered mine on the evening of the 12th and still not heard anything. Spoken to several different agents about it but all telling me different stories. Seeing others on here starting to get their DPD notifications is giving me some hope but this whole situation has been handled so poorly on Sky's part

Good luck trying to cancel, spent 2 hours on Sunday and they refused as it's in "fulfilment", told me a manager would call me back on Monday (never happened) then spent another hour on the phone trying to speak to someone who also said they can't cancel it but conveniently I had an email this morning saying DPD was expecting my parcel (yet to be collected). 

Very much feels like they refuse to cancel, prioritise the delivery and hope I don't return/refuse it so they can get their money. Unfortunately for them, I picked up the phone directly from apple last week so Sky can go f themselves. Once my other device is paid off, I'm gone for good after this experience.

Guys according to a lot of people in this thread, sky are working through the backlog and more and more of you are getting the DPD notification for your phone. Let's give the advisors a rest please and just be patient, remember, you will get your phone soon.
