I've ordered Pro Max on 12th September, spoke to customer service to be told they have no stock and they are waiting for an update from Apple, agent also told me that they currently don't know when more stock is coming ... 🙄

I've ordered orange Pro Max, I've literally just got msg after chatting to agent that phone will be delivered by 4th October so will see... it was meant to be 26th September

The phone lines are now open. Time to bombard them with calls and texts until they give me a solution! I ordered on launch day but still haven’t gotten any news. Looking at "coming soon" for the past 17 days is not funny anymore! I am absolutely fuming already.

Hi, i placed order for iphone 17 pro max on 12 th but still phone is not delivered and hows as coming soon in orders. 
Any idea when the delivery starts

Iphone 17 Pro Max

I ordered my Iphone 17 Pro Max on the 23rd of September but i am yet to recieve this. When can i expect the delivery?

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Let me tell you my Story!

 

Pre-ordered and Iphone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange  on 12.9.2025 with date of delivery 19.9.2025, which got changed to 26.9.2025. I do have patience, but after reading the tread here, and seeing some people have in fact received their device, I called SKY this morning; 45 minutes phonecall, waiting, and being put on hold a few times, was told kindly by the operator that there aren't no dates available for her to tell me for certain when my device will get to me, but there is a chance of being this week. I followed by me wanting to cancel the order at this point, due to simply not being interested anymore, and was advised to simply just reject the delivery, which I will do. Looks like I am statying with Vodafone.

Hope you people are having a better day than me.

Apparently it's all down to how long you've been with sky! We've been with them 30+ years so I'm expecting mine this week 👍🏻

Please don’t worry there is an ongoing issue affecting mobile order deliveries, and many orders are currently experiencing delays.

To resolve this for you, I will go ahead and replace the order and ensure that it is processed correctly this time. I’ll make sure it goes through smoothly, and you should receive your order as soon as possible. I need to cancel the existing mobile order and place a new order for your mobile device.

Joke. I think they should've never promised delivery dates if they knew the stock was low. I mean imagine me putting 100 iphones for sale on ebay, but only got 2. getting the money and will deliver when I can.

This worries me a lot to read that people are actually being advised to re-do their order. This means they had a system outage. And if that's true. All orders that have not moved since being placed basically never moved in the system because they might not even be registrered the right way.
