Hi guys ,

been on the phone last 3 hours ... XD 

 so yesterday I've been told 100% today ( 17pm 512.

today in start calling from 1pm ... after long battle ( I've been told if it make feel you better I can tell you gonna get your phone today XD ) they transfer me to Bianca - some manager or whatever .

she gave me 40% off the plan for next 24 months  - at least something . Previous India women offered me £12 and fingers crossed to get it 🤡

so Bianca was called to some supplier and she told me they got iPhones TODAY and they are on the way to DPD .  I know can be lie but I believe cannot go higher just from the phone .  She promised me I'll get my phone until Monday ( got many promises on previous days ) but seem she was the first one who actually know what she's talking about .

so it's probably all depends where you based ... 

all what I can suggest if you have some free time call them and spam . I know 40% off the plan it's not much but in the End of the day in my situation is around £250 off the bills .

whole situation is mental but better to have few penny less to pay than nothing and still waiting for the phone like everyone else ..

I am still awaiting delivery of ipho e 17 pro? Have been told 3 different dates and everytime it reaches the date I hear nothing from sky. Really disappointed. Ive been with sky nearly 3 years and never had an issue.

@Naazro Oh i know whats its like i was promised the 19th then yesterday was told by sky there ws no chance of it being dispatched for delivery today but at 9.30pm last night i got all the emails and DPD tracking, i was already prepared for another week of moaning about it lol just setting it up now, and i must say the Air is an absolutely incredible bit of engineering would never get a pro or a max again Air all the way for me...

In the same boat as the majority of you, 

pre ordered the 17pm in orange 356gb on the 12th at about 3:30pm! 

haven't heard a single thing bar a message in my app saying delivery by the 4th October, I haven't contacted them as I understand this happens every year with pre orders! Thought I'd try today after seeing all the excuses you've had today and the guy I spoke to on live chat said ' mine is currently showing a stock update from the 26th of September meaning my order is still in progress and is awaiting allocation from the latest batch' 🙄

after a bit more chat he said he is escalating this to their 'backend specialist team' 🤔 to investigate and resolve the issue and I'll hear back in 24-48 hours. 

As frustrating as it is I'm happy to wait it's just disheartening seeing others who ordered after receiving their phones!

@Paula120 identical order times and phone spec. Feel the same. Just wish they have a date and it came. Not constantly moving the goalposts every hour

Also forgot to add he tried to flog me an iPhone air as I could have it within 24-48 hours 🙄 

I said if I wanted an air I would of ordered it 🤦🏻‍♀️ he was very apologetic and didn't mean to cause offence 🤣🤣

@Naazro it's really frustrating, more so the lack of communication than anything! Even if it was to say it's been further delayed

Dang again and he basicly said you won't get it today if you didn't get an email basicly all the phones are in a pile and a lot of the people reorders are at the very bottom . You will get them but it could be 2 days 2 weeks or 2 months I have absolutely no idea so I advise being patient . So I'm looking everywhere else for one now

Think we all know right now they are in a mess of broken promises and dates just to secure sales. 

and they don't want to post an update as if they do people will be put off who haven't already ordered. 

basically terrible management of logistics, expectations and a failure of systems.

Just saw Argos have the orange 256gn pro max in stock, just ordered for collection on Wednesday at my local store! Still seems to be some left if anyone else wants to order!
