delivery today.

delivery in 4 days.

delivery in 2-3 weeks.

we are all being royally fobbed off to simply get us off the phone!

Whatever they have said about cancelling orders is a complete and utter lie, today i tested that lie, I ordered another phone which stated it was in "fulfilment house". They cancelled it straight away, I was also told whatever I've been told the past 5 days from various customer agents has been a lie, they still haven't processed my order for delivery and they don't know when anyone's will be processed. Im now looking to buy the phone out right and cancelling anything to do with sky

Ordered on the 12th, original date 19th, second date today. Called yesterday and got DPD tracking whilst on the phone, delivered earlier this morning. Pro Max in blue, 256gb.

Hi I placed my order on 17th everytime I call them they are telling me different story. Someone is tellling me I will receive phone today someone telling me in 4 weeks someone telling tomorrow somone telling monday. It's frustrating

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

pre ordered on the 12th, 30 minutes after release. promised delivery on the 19th but was told it isn't expected until the 4th (on the 19th, i was told that).

rang up yesterday and now being told it won't be until after the 7th. what a joke!!

I've literally just had a email to say my 17 pm in orange is on way, just got tracking number for DPD. Ordered on the 12th.

After numerous calls etc only one person has actually told the truth. Apparently 90% of people that were told 19th after ordering on the 12th should get news this evening, I got told I would hear after 5 but it's just come through. Hope you don't have to wait!!!
