Ordered within the first 30 minutes on the 12th with delivery date promised on the 19th, received a message to say that I would get the phone by the 26th. Heard nothing so called them up about an hour ago to check what was going on. Was then told would definitely receive it by the 3rd. After what I've been reading on here I was sceptical and said I wasn't happy as had been promised twice already. Person on the phone was  very apologetic and said they would flag my order as priority. Didn't hold out much hope but have now finally had an email from dpd so hopefully the end is in sight.

I will expect nothing and hopefully be happy later on!

delivery date 19th - didn't happen.

delivery date 26th - didnt happen.

Update this morning - 4 more days it will be here.

latest update as shown in image. 3-4weeks agent advised for delivery. 

Compensated £140.00 credit to my bills.

still awaiting my phone. In account it states Order Complete - Awaiting Delivery.

only message in messages is Sky saying delivery expected before 4th October.

I ordered on the 12th! Sky again telling people different things. Gone from 19th to 26th to next 4 days to most recently shown in the image: 

take all they say with a pinch of salt because they've told are making it up!

@mattandkris when did you order your phone as i ordered on the 12th and it was suppose to come today and still norhunt and no tracking details either no change i am waiting 3-4 weeks

Well after all that it bloody turned up today! So i guess thats me over and out, hope everyone gets there device soon because lets be honest its been a bit of a **bleep** show from sky.

Matt, I believe what you are seeing there is the lead time if ordered today.
