Well holy **bleep**!! Just spat my tea out!!! 21.30 and just had an email from sky saying its on its way for delivery tomorrow, very unexpected considering i was told it wasn't getting shipped today. 

Just goes to show customer service literally have no idea when phones are being shipped so pointless contacting them.

Got the dreaded 4th of October message last Friday, spoke to sky and was promised my order would be prioritised for delivery on the 26th of September , so left it at that. Nothing from DPD today so looks like that was a little fib and my wait goes on - must come next Friday though right?

Well after having a message in app a few hours ago saying delivery by 4th October ive now had an email saying despatched for delivery tomorrow.

I asked customer care today and they said same that the stock arrives tomorrow.

I haven't contacted them or anything for an update, just waited calmly. Maybe not moaning to them hasn't paid off! Haha

Ordered 2tb iphone 17 pro max orange and 1tb iphone 17 pro max blue - no update apart maybe get it by the 4th October

Placed my order 19th Sep and it appears on my account as awaiting dispatch. Yet in "my orders" there nothing to show. Has anyone else had the same?

Yes mines the same supposed to be here today but still waiting for dispatch and nothing in orders , I'm not holding my breath as it was supposed to be here 3 other times and wasnt

Called today, was told over and over again it will be delivered tomorrow, promised multiple times, but still shows no active orders and had nothing from DPD. I didn't believe a word she said so I don't expect it to come any time soon lol, the amount of **bleep** I have been told the past 5 days it's beginning to become hilarious with the different reasons they're giving me

Ordered the 17pro max in blue on the 19th I've received no emails other than my confirmation which contained no delivery details and my credit check came back but all else has been quietI tired to call and was spoken to rudely this is my first time using sky and at the moment I'm not very happy
