@Lewis972 now been transferred from department to department, all the wrong department, I'm trying to be nice but being told it's the wrong department is getting annoying

i am in the same situation an advisor has just said his managers in a meeting and i cant speak to his supervisor or speak to a different agent and wouldnt let me raise a complaint had to disconnect and call back.

i spoke to a women who was like I'll put a complaint in so you can get it for faster delivery. Says by Monday but I do not have high hopes.

Just called up again as I've not heard anything regarding delivery tomorrow to be told "you shall receive notification if your device is due to be delivered tomorrow" to why i stated I've been told it is many times, she was sympathetic but there's only so much **bleep** ill tolerate before blowing up, to then be told I will get a manager call back by 5pm for a raised complaint and explained I've reported them to trading standards for false advertisement of delivery date on the 19th and also explained if I don't receive anything not receive any dispatch notice today I'll be cancelling the order

Phone arrived today so should be sat waiting for me when i get home tomorrow 

cant really fault sky received a text on the 20th saying it would arrive by the 26th and it came on the 25th

I just got an email from DPD and Sky, should be delivered tomorrow but right now it's on its way to the depot. Looks like they've stuck to their words after my 100 phone calls?

No. l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

After all that drama… I finally got mine today. Honestly, what a nightmare – I’ve never experienced a service delay like this before!
